Jeffrey De Los Santos, EA, is the office manager at Lehigh Multiservice in Allentown, PA. He manages the office’s daily operations and assists clients in English and Spanish. Tax preparation and Xero bookkeeping are offered through our H&R Block franchise; Lehigh Multiservice also provides immigration document assistance, notary public services, written Spanish–English translations and document preparation.

- Enrolled Agent (EA) — federal tax credential awarded November 1, 2024. Enrolled agents have representation rights before the IRS. What the EA credential means.
- H&R Block Master Tax Advisor — Jeffrey assists individuals, self-employed taxpayers and small businesses with tax preparation through our H&R Block franchise.
- Xero Certified Professional — Level 2 and Xero Certified Associate — Level 1. Certificates show completion on September 30, 2025, with validity through September 23, 2027. This training relates to Xero accounting software.
- Pennsylvania Notary Public — commissioned for the term July 22, 2026–July 22, 2030. Current commissioned status was checked in Pennsylvania’s public notary database on October 19, 2026. Search the Pennsylvania notary register by Jeffrey M. De Los Santos.
